Our mandate is to manage equity portfolios regardless of market conditions. Our expertise resides in equity portfolio management and not asset allocation. As a result, we do not make asset allocation decisions or raise cash in an effort to outguess the market. Therefore, you can expect your portfolio to remain at least 99% invested at all times.
